All these special events and field trips require an additional fee. "Kid Cards" are marked in addition to these fees. These trips have earlier departure times and later arrival times to camp. Please check the calendar or ask a coach to make sure your child makes the bus and is picked up on time.

 

Special Event Bus Trips are open to all school-aged children in our community. Our field trips depart/return from/to the McGaugh School Campus. Pre-registration is greatly appreciated. You may pay for all Special Trips and Events by using PayPal.

Total Sport Camp Summer Hours

Total Sport Camp is Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at McGaugh Elementary School – Gymnasium, classroom, and fields. Extended care is available from 7:30AM-5:30PM. Please check-in at Gymnasium. Our classroom is connected to the gymnasium and can be accessed from the gym or from the outside playground area. Please label all property!

Sign In/Out At Sport Camp:

We begin (10am) and end (3pm) our day on campus at the McGaugh Gym. Please be sure to sign in/out your child each day. Extended care is available from 7:30A – 5:30P for an add’l cost.

What to bring to Camp Each Day Inside a Labeled Backpack:

Please bring a lunch, drink(s), a labeled bottle of water, swimsuit and towel and labeled sunscreen to camp each day. Please apply sunscreen to your athlete before camp. Coaches will re-apply sunscreen during the day and before swimming!

Camp seeks donated items:

Any participant family that would like to donate any of the following items, it would be greatly appreciated. Family size gold fish crackers, small bottles of water (Costco), $20 Gift Card at Pavillions for popsicles, arts & craft ideas/supplies, bag of fresh fruit (we will cut up), any snack foods, and large (orange) Banana Boat sunscreen with SPF of 30 or higher, 8oz plastic cups, and small plastic/paper bowls.

The Kid Card! It’s convenient:

You can pick and choose the days your child participates at camp! You don’t need to give advance notice for the days your child plans to attend…just show up for the fun!

Policy Regarding KID Cards: The KID CARD is valid for the entire Summer Session from 10am-3pm, Monday through Friday; camp is closed Monday, July 4th for Independence Day. The Kid Card is non-transferable and non-refundable and may be used by all siblings using the same card. Any unused days are not refundable and are not credited to any other event or sport camp session or offering. Please plan your Kid Card accordingly so you can maximize the benefit, affordability and convenience. Your Kid Card stays at camp and is alphabetically placed in our “Kid Card Holder” which hangs on the wall above the Sign In and Sign Out Notebooks. The Kid Card stays at camp in the holder. You must “mark” your Kid Card and Sign in and Out your child each day of sport camp. The “honor system” is in effect at camp. There are no credits or refunds given on any unused Kid Card Days (use them or lose them). You may not transfer or sell any unused days. Once you have purchased a Kid Card, and need a few more additional days, the Kid Card rate applies ($30 per day). Total Sport Camp makes it convenient, affordable and easy for parents!
